What data is processed and why

The data you enter in the contact form (name, email, phone if you provide it, type of case, trial date if you provide it and your message), or the data you send by email or WhatsApp. It is used only to reply to your enquiry and prepare a quote.

Do not include sensitive data or case details in the form. If needed, they are requested later through a secure channel.

Legal basis

Taking pre-contractual steps at your request (Article 6(1)(b) of the General Data Protection Regulation).

How long it is kept

The website does not store the form content: it is sent by email and stays in the controller's mailbox. If no engagement follows, the email is deleted within one year at most. If an engagement follows, the data is governed by the engagement letter.

Who else is involved

No data is disclosed to third parties. The following act as technical providers under a data processing agreement:

• Cloudflare, Inc.: website hosting, delivery of the form by email and Turnstile, its anti-spam system. This may involve transfers to the United States, covered by the EU-US Data Privacy Framework and standard contractual clauses.
• Proton AG (Switzerland): email service. Switzerland benefits from an adequacy decision by the European Commission.

If you write via WhatsApp, Meta processes that data under its own privacy policy.

Cookies

This website uses no first-party cookies, analytics or advertising. Turnstile, the form's anti-spam system, may use strictly necessary technical storage to tell people from bots.

Your rights

You can request access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction of processing and portability by writing to info@peritojudicialinformatico.org. If you believe your request has not been handled properly, you can lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (aepd.es).
